Ingredients
Mission® Rounds Tortilla Chips
1 1⁄4 cup Prepared shredded barbecue pork
1⁄2 cup Pinto beans drained and rinsed (12 oz. can)
1⁄2 tsp. Chili powder
1⁄2 tsp. Cumin
1⁄4 tsp. Garlic powder
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 small Jalapeño, sliced
4 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
Chopped tomato, topping
Chopped avocado, topping
Chopped white onion, topping
Chopped cilantro, topping
Sour cream, topping
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350ºF. In small saucepan heat pork, beans, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.

 

2. Place chips in oven-proof 10-inch skillet or on baking sheet with sides. Top with pork mixture, cheese, jalapeño slices and bacon. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

 

3. Serve with toppings on Mission® Rounds Tortilla Chips.

Directions
